These terms apply when you use maurielbuybox.com or submit a property to Mauriel's Buy Box. By submitting a deal you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the form.

This site lets you tell us about a property you think we might want to buy. That is all it does. It is not a listing service, a marketplace, or a brokerage.
Submitting a property does not obligate us to buy it, to make an offer, to respond, or to pay you anything. Nothing on this site is an offer to purchase real estate. Any actual purchase happens only through a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
We try to review every submission within 24 to 48 hours, but that is a goal, not a promise, and we are not liable for delays or for not responding.
Submitting a property does not entitle you to a fee, a commission, a referral payment, or any other compensation. If we agree to pay you for a deal, that agreement will be in writing and signed before any payment is owed. No fee arrangement is created by using this form, by emailing us, or by any conversation.
If you are a licensed real estate agent or broker, any commission is a matter between you and your client under your own listing or representation agreement, not something created by submitting here.
Property information you submit is not confidential unless we have signed a separate written confidentiality agreement with you. We may share property details with buyers, partners, lenders, title companies, contractors, and others in order to evaluate or close a transaction. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice, and no agency, brokerage, partnership, or fiduciary relationship is created by using this site or by talking with us. Get your own professional advice before making decisions about a property.
By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you about your submission by email, phone, or text at the contact information you provide. Text messages are sent only if you check the consent box, and you can reply STOP at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
We provide this site as is. We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or up to date. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mauriel's Buy Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of this site or from any submission. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site or a submission will not exceed one hundred dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
