This policy explains what Mauriel's Buy Box collects when you use maurielbuybox.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers the deal submission form and any calls, emails, or text messages that follow.
Mauriel's Buy Box is a real estate investment business based in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area. You can reach us at deals@maurielbuybox.com.
We only collect what you type into our deal submission form. We do not buy contact lists and we do not scrape data about you from other sources.
Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which is normal for any website and is used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information stays with us and the service providers who help us deliver messages on our behalf.
We only text you if you check the consent box on the form. That box is never checked by default. When you check it, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Mauriel's Buy Box about the deal you submitted and about future deals and opportunities.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP to get help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email, and it does not affect our review of a deal you already submitted.
We share your information in three situations, and no others.

If you submit a property, we may share the property details with buyers, partners, lenders, title companies, or contractors in order to evaluate or close that transaction. This is the purpose you submitted the property for.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep deal submissions and contact records for as long as we are actively doing business or as long as we may reasonably need them for records, tax, or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. Use the email address above to make a request.
This site is served over an encrypted connection and your information is stored in the systems listed above, which are protected by their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
This site is meant for adults doing business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
